Captain (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe navigation of the vessel, ship management, voyage planning
- Responsible for the safe passage and transfer of wind turbine service employees, full compliance with the operational readiness of the vessel
- Compliance and implementation of legal, local, operational requirements
- Ensures policy implementations and provides relevant instructions to crew and PAX
- Organization, planning, supervision of the entire ship operation, e.g. maintenance, administration and maintenance of ship's documents, maintain a daily ship’s log
- Equipping the vessel with stuff and consumables, as well as their management
Qualifications
- Certificate of Competency 500 GT or more
- GMDSS General Operator’s Certificate
- Valid STCW Certificates
- Valid Health Certificate
- Problem solving skills to respond quickly and effectively to operational issues
- Good written and spoken English skills
