Technical Superintendent (m/f/d)
As part of the FRS Group, FRS Windcat Offshore Logistics GmbH operates a fleet of 10 Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) across Germany and Denmark, serving a dynamic and rapidly growing sector. For our operational bases in the Rostock/Stralsund region, Flensburg, and beyond, we are looking for a Technical Superintendent (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities
As a Technical Superintendent, you will ensure that our modern CTV fleet remains operational and that offshore wind farms are supplied efficiently and reliably.
- Responsible for the technical operation, maintenance, and repair of assigned vessels
- Planning and coordinating repairs, dry dockings, and maintenance activities with a focus on minimizing downtime
- Providing technical support to vessel crews and overseeing dockings, inspections, and surveys
- Leading and supporting local technical teams
- Working closely with Fleet Managers, vessel crews, and external service providers
- Assisting with budget planning, spare parts management, and the execution of local technical projects
- Ensuring compliance with technical regulations, class requirements, and QHSE standards
Your profil
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in the maritime industry preferred
- Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel between various fleet locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English
- Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant working style
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to challenges
- Confident handling of digital systems and technical processes
