Your Responsibilities

Development of our business in Poland
Running of our future polish CTV operation
Support of our technical and chartering department with the operation of our vessels in Poland but also in Germany
Participation in trade fairs and conferences
Implementation and documentation of meetings with potential / existing partners

Your qualifications

Ideally commercial and/or technical education with maritime background
First experiences with offshore wind industry are beneficial
Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem solving skills to respond quickly and effectively to operational issues
Fluent in Polish and good written / spoken English skills
Willingness to travel (within Poland but also Germany)
